Summary
The Agile Coach plays a critical role in guiding multiple development squads toward adopting the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology, fostering a shift from project-based to product-oriented working practices.
Main Responsibilities:
Guide and mentor development teams in implementing SAFe methodology.
Facilitate the transition from project logic to product logic across 100 squads.
Collaborate with teams to enhance their Agile practices.
Conduct training sessions, including face-to-face meetings at the tobacco office when necessary.
Monitor and support the progress of teams converted in 2023 and those that need to be converted by the end of 2024.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Proven experience in large projects and international companies.
Ability to work with teams adopting new methodologies.
Proficient in English (C1 level).
Nice to Have:
Experience in AWS (Amazon Web Services).
Background in coaching or mentoring Agile teams.
Familiarity with SAFe framework implementation.
